I had two outside faucets in an older house that cracked over the winter. One could only be accessed through the kitchen wall. After the first one failed I had a local competitor of Thompson's, one of the big firms, price that repair which would not include repair and repaint of the interior wall. I would have to do that myself. After the second one failed I called Thompson who repaired both for the same price as the competitor's quote for one, and they installed an interior access panel so no sheetrock repair or painting. They were super nice, clean, professional, and they did great work. I highly recommend them.
